Commercial Management: Oversee the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring cost control, value engineering, and financial reporting. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Contract Administration: Prepare and manage contracts, including bills of quantities, procurement strategies, and subcontract documentation. Risk Management: Identify, analyse, and mitigate commercial risks associated with projects.
