Drive major capital Water projects across the Bristol as the Senior Quantity Surveyor for a tier-one D&B contractor.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor you’ll play a central part in a high‑profile, multi-million-pound schemes focused on modernising and improving critical assets. It’s an opportunity to step into a flagship programme, work with a respected contractor, and help deliver essential improvements that will support communities well into the future.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

* Be responsible for applications, CVR’s, forecasting and cost control.

* Report monthly on profit/loss, cash flow etc

* Prepare and negotiate subcontract enquiries

* Be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management

* Have a strong understanding of NEC form of contract.

Location: You will be office based in Bristol and may be required to attend site occasionally

Hybrid options: Flexibility of home working depending on project needs.

Salary band: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
