Senior Quantity Surveyor – Fit Out Contractor – London

Rate: £85,000 - £110,000 + package

O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a major fit out and refurbishment contractor who are on the lookout for a strong Senior Surveyor with experience of acting as commercial lead on Cat B and Cut & Carve schemes from £1m - £35m

It is a very exciting time for the business as they have experienced significant growth over the last 2 years. This role is required due to the expansion of the business and not to replace previous staff members.

• Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Project: Fit Out

• Location: Central London

• Rate: £85,000 – £110,000

• Start: ASAP but can wait for the right person

• Type: Perm

Responsibilities

• Working as commercial lead overseeing a brand new

• Support project reporting and cost forecasting

• Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of the project

Requirements

• Previous experience working on Cat B projects from £1m - £35m

• Full commercial lifecycle experience

• Strong longevity in previous positions
