You’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of experienced Project & Cost Management experts. The projects span a wide range of sectors including commercial, mixed-use, industrial, life sciences, and public sector – offering diversity, complexity, and career-defining opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across multiple high-profile projects. Prepare cost plans, procurement strategies, tender documentation, and contract administration. Provide expert commercial advice to clients and stakeholders. Support the mentoring and development of junior team members. Contribute to business development and client relationship management.
What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy or client-side role. MRICS qualified. Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts. Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail. Confident communicator with strong client-facing s...
