Key Responsibilities * Take commercial lead on RC frame, groundwork, and high-spec fit-out packages (typically £5m–£20m in value). * Manage the full surveying process including cost planning, procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts. * Negotiate and manage subcontractor packages and ensure timely payments. * Provide accurate cost reporting and forecasting to senior management. * Work closely with delivery teams and clients to ensure profitability and contract compliance. * Contribute to risk management, value engineering, and strategic procurement. * Support and mentor junior surveyors as needed.
