Senior Quantity Surveyor – Special Works Division - Main Contractor\n\nLocation: Central London\n\nSalary: £85,000 – £95,000 + Benefits\n\nReporting to: Commercial Director\n\nAbout the Division\n\nThe Special Works division is dedicated to delivering exceptional construction solutions for clients who value precision and outstanding customer service. They specialise in refurbishment and fit-out projects, typically ranging from £10k to £4m, with the flexibility to take on selected larger schemes.\n\nOperating across commercial, residential, retail, education, and hospitality sectors, they often work within occupied environments, requiring innovative, considerate approaches to ensure minimal disruption and maintain business continuity. Every project is delivered with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.\n\nThe Role\n\nThis is a hands-on, cradle-to-grave commercial role where you will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle—from work-winning and bid preparation through to delivery and final account.
