This role offers a hands-on opportunity to steer financial performance and contract compliance from start to finish on a technically significant build.

Role Highlights

What You’ll Bring

* Proven experience leading significant construction projects within a main contractor setting.

* Thorough understanding of construction contracts, particularly JCT.

* Strong working knowledge of commercial law, financial control, and dispute resolution.

* Able to lead meetings, coordinate teams, and chair stakeholder discussions.

* Excellent communication and attention to detail.

* Resilient and capable of managing pressure in fast-paced environments.

* Willingness to travel as required and work away from home if needed.

* Strong IT and data reporting skills.
