A well-known, well respected multi-disciplinary Construction company based in key UK locations, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London.\n\nThe Company\n\nA well-known, well respected business based in key UK locations, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Soho\n\nHaving secured a strong pipeline of work, in both public and private sectors, this progressive and forward-thinking organisation are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can hit the ground running and work towards progressing their career to the next level.\n\nThe Role\n\nThe successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:\n\n * Cost estimating\n\n * Regular reporting to clients\n\n * Cost control from inception through to completion.\n\n * You will work in a number of sectors, both public and private.\n\nAbout you :\n\n * The successful Quantity Surveyor needs to have at least 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK\n\n * Exceptional client facing skills are prerequisite as is the ability to manage projects ranging in value.\n\n * You will be resilient and assertive.\n\n * MRICS but not essential\n\nAbout the salary:\n\n * Up to £75,000\n\n * Generous pension contribution\n\n * Generous annual leave entitlement with annual increase\n\n * Performance based bonus\n\n * Commission on new business\n\n * Private Healthcare\n\nIf you are a Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor of any level and seeking a new role, please contact Damian Eatwell
