Senior Quantity Surveyor - HS2 Rail Project - London Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Travel Allowance + Package Location: Old Oak Common (near Acton)
We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor delivering the Mechanical & Electrical packages on HS2's flagship Old Oak Common Station.

The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial management of complex packages of work. Responsibilities include:
Administering NEC3/4 Option C contracts Managing entitlement and ensuring compliance with subcontract terms Reviewing and valuing contractor applications for payment Drafting and issuing contractual notices including EWNs and Compensation Events Providing commercial and risk advice to project and delivery teams Producing and monitoring cost reports, forecasts and change management Negotiating and procuring subcontract packages to ensure value for money Building strong, collaborative relationships with client and supply chain stakeholders Candidate Requirements
