You will be responsible for
- Procurement Cash flow forecasting Tender and contract documents Final accounts Contracts Valuations Variations Attend professional and client meetings Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule Mitigate commercial risks The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Requirements 5 years Experience Non-negotiable
- High End Residential projects Experience of working for a main contractor Excellent communication and negotiation skills In return £60,000
