The Role: You'll commercially lead 3 major (£20m+) or 5 medium (£46m) private resi projects, working directly with a cross-disciplinary team that actually talks to each other. This isn't get it over the line territory it's about delivering homes that are beautiful, functional, and a bit jaw-dropping.
