Responsibilities Lead Commercial Management of a Complex Cut & Carve Scheme Take full commercial responsibility for a £50m hotel redevelopment, managing all cost control activities across demolition, structural alterations, and refurbishment works, ensuring delivery aligns with budget, programme, and targeted margins. Procurement Strategy & Package Management Lead the procurement of key trade packages including structural, MEP, and high-end fit-out elements, preparing tender documentation, driving competitive tender processes, and negotiating robust subcontract agreements to secure best value.
