Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) Location: Sizewell, Suffolk (IP17) Start Date: ASAP Rate: £500 per day (PAYE)

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major onshore power station project based in Sizewell. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile infrastructure scheme and play a key role in delivering complex construction packages.

Key Responsibilities:

* Subcontract management of steelwork, cladding, and building envelope packages

* Production and management of upstream (upline) change events relating to the above packages

* Commercial oversight, including cost control, forecasting, and reporting

* Working closely with project teams to ensure contractual compliance and efficiency

* Utilising document control systems effectively to manage project information

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a contracting environment (essential – client-side experience alone will not be considered)

* Strong technical knowledge of steelwork, cladding, and building envelope systems

* Demonstrable experience working under NEC contracts

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

* Familiarity with document control systems

* Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
