Location: Central London On Site

Salary: £85,000 + Bonus + Package


We are currently working with a well‑established, cash‑rich main contractor operating across the high‑end residential refurbishment sector. They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team and support delivery across multiple upcoming schemes. With a strong pipeline secured and several project wins already confirmed for the year, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for autonomy, stability, and long‑term progression.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full commercial delivery across two live projects
  • Manage schemes from procurement through to final account
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director, Project Managers, and wider delivery team
  • Lead on valuations, variations, cost reporting, and subcontractor management
  • Collaborate with an established estimating function already in place


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within high‑end residential or prime refurbishment
  • Strong commercial management capability across projects £500k–£17m
  • Ability to manage multiple schemes concurrently
  • Confident working in a site‑based role across Central and North West London
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


Additional Role Insights:

  • Initial project: £6m high‑end refurbishment in North West London (starting June)
  • Ongoing pipeline secured into 2026
  • Package includes project performance bonus and some flexibility around working arrangements
