Walker & Sloan are seeking a Senior QS to manage the commercial aspects of a high-end £5m project in North Devon.

Responsibilities:

• Cost control from procurement to final account
• Managing subcontractor packages and valuations
• Forecasting cash flow and monitoring variations

Requirements:

• Proven QS experience in similar value projects
• Strong contractual and commercial acumen
• Leadership skills and attention to detail
