Senior Quantity Surveyor (Highways)Salary: £75k + package + bonusBased: Newport (NP18)An opportunity to work with most of the most progressive and growing specialist highways contractors in the UK!About the Company:A market leader within their field of highway specialisation. They are supporting major highways, infrastructure, utility and local authority projects throughout the country. Their reputation is excellent, and their track record in safety and efficiency is outstanding.About the Role:You will be tasked with overseeing a key portfolio of projects within the highways and infrastructure Team, reporting into the Southern Commercial Director. The program of works, over various contracts, will be in the region of £20m. You will have a small commercial Team reporting into you. The focus will be on managing the project costs, maximising value and protecting margin across a fast-paced portfolio of schemes.About You:Strong NEC experience in either highways, utilities or civilsAbility to manage others, as well as a portfolio of projectsStrong client interfacing skillsStrong eye for detail and managing project costsIdentify and mitigate commercial riskStructured career historyJBRP1_UKTJ
