The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering services to clients. Having enjoyed a successful period of sustained growth, you will also provide valuable mentorship to the wider team and the opportunity to progress further as the business continues to evolve.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of pre- and post-contract quantity surveying.
Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
Administer and advise on contracts, including NEC and JCT forms.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior surveyors.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
About You
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Strong working knowledge of standard forms of contract (NEC, JCT, etc.).
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Proficient in MS Office and QS software such as CostX or similar.
