Your new role Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage and lead the commercial aspects of projects across the North West. Covering a diverse portfolio including new build residential, care homes, student accommodation, education, industrial, and refurbishment projects, you will work closely with Project Managers and the Commercial Director to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities will include: Taking responsibility for commercial management across multiple projects in the North West. Preparing and managing cost plans, budgets, and forecasts.
