Senior Quantity Surveyor We have an excellent opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join one of the largest privately owned main contractors in the UK. The business operates out of several regional offices across the UK, with their Southern region being based in Reading. They undertake notable schemes across sectors including education, commercial, mixed-use residential, student accommodation and life sciences. With a busy forward order book and an exciting scheme in the pipeline, they're looking to expand the commercial team with an additional Managing Quantity Surveyor. About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor: As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing an upcoming scheme from pre-construction through to completion. Projects vary in value up to £100mil. You will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the role and will be responsible for overseeing other surveyors in the team.
