You will play a key role in delivering large-scale industrial and commercial schemes, with the opportunity to commercially lead one of their flagship developments.\n\nDuties:\n\n * \n\n Lead cost planning, budgeting, cashflow forecasting, and cost control across high‑value projects.\n\n * \n\n Administer contracts, negotiate variations, and manage final account settlements.\n\n * \n\n Oversee procurement and tendering—prepare bills of quantities, assess bids, and select subcontractors.\n\n * \n\n Produce cost reports and monthly financial updates (CVRs, value reconciliations, risk logs).\n\n * \n\n Mentor junior QS staff and collaborate with project teams to resolve commercial issues\n\nThis role is ideal for:\n\n * An experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking a new challenge and the opportunity to take ownership of a significant development.\n\n * An ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to step up into a senior role, with support and mentorship from an established commercial leadership team
