We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic project team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the commercial aspects of this high-profile infrastructure scheme, ensuring financial efficiency, contractual compliance, and value delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Undertaking an accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).

A degree in QS and relevant experience obtained.

Significant on-site experience of maintenance contracts.
