A leading engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of major engineering and infrastructure projects.

The role involves managing project costs, contracts, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project cost control and forecasting
Administer contracts and commercial documentation
Evaluate subcontractor packages and variations
Support procurement and commercial strategy
Monitor project financial performance
Prepare cost reports and final accounts xbpsjku

Requirements

Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management qualification
Experience in construction or engineering sectors
Strong contract administration experience
Knowledge of commercial project management processes
