The role will be based out of their Stansted office, with flexibility to work from home as part of a hybrid working arrangement.Project portfolioThe business delivers a wide range of commercial and public sector projects, including but not limited to:Bus garages and transport facilitiesMedical centres and healthcare buildingsSchools and education facilitiesLarge commercial storage developments, including Big Yellow StorageOffice developments and refurbishmentsRetail and shopfitting projectsProject values typically range from medium to large scale, and the company has a strong forward order book.The roleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have full commercial responsibility for one or more projects, reporting into a Commercial Manager or Commercial Director.
