As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be responsible for assessing and managing the full commerciality of projects and delivering cost consultancy services for a variety of clients, projects and developments. You will provide valued insight into the profitability and risks associated with existing and future client projects, whilst managing and overseeing all financial aspects of construction projects, from feasibility through to final account.

About you: Professional Chartership – MRICS or other relevant professional industry qualification. Minimum 5+ years' post-qualification experience in a similar role .
