Senior Quantity Surveyor Full-time, Permanent Competitive + Car/Car Allowance + Flexible Benefits Freedom’s Major Projects & Connections team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the contractual and financial elements of a major project near Bridgewater, with future opportunities on other projects. Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, you’ll support successful P&L, cash flow, and working capital management across large electrical and civil works. Provide leadership within the commercial team and wider project teams. Measurement and valuation of works for applications, variations, and final accounts. Identify and notify Early Warnings and Compensation Events. Chair monthly project reviews and attend client progress meetings. Support development of the wider commercial team.
Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or similar role. Strong commercial performance management experience. Civil engineering and construction experience (desirable). Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (or HNC with relevant experience). Advanced MS Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables).
