Hawthorne Consulting LTD are looking to bring onboard an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Hawthorne Consulting Ltd is a Chartered Surveying Practice regulated by the RICS, providing Quantity Surveying, Project Management and CDM Coordination services across a wide range of sectors in Ireland and the UK. Working across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, hospitality and mixed-use developments, including large-scale and high-profile projects throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. Leading pre- and post-contract cost management on a portfolio of projects. Advising on procurement routes and contract strategies. Managing tender processes, analysis and recommendations. Administering contracts, including valuations, variations and final accounts. Providing clear cost reporting and advice at each project stage. Contributing to value engineering and risk management workshops. Undertaking occasional travel to project sites throughout Ireland and the UK. 10+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Strong technical understanding of pre- and post-contract QS services. Full driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally across Ireland and the UK.
