Stable, long-term work across secured contracts No chasing new business focus on delivery and performance Strong bonus potential (up to 25%) Established, well-run branch with consistent workflow Opportunity to lead and shape a commercial functionThe OpportunityWe are recruiting for a Lead Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established contractor delivering planned maintenance and reactive works across the Central Belt.This is a commercially focused role suited to someone experienced in SOR-based contracts, coding, CVRs and cost control.Key Responsibilities Manage SOR-based and planned maintenance contracts Produce CVRs, forecasts and cost/value reporting Monitor WIP, margins and performance Manage variations and final accounts Oversee subcontractor procurement and payments Maintain client relationships Support junior team members Ensure strong commercial control across projectsWhat Were Looking For Experience in planned or reactive maintenance Strong understanding of SOR rates and coding Strong CVR and cost control experience Commercially astute Strong Excel and reporting skills Ability to lead and support teamsIf youre looking for a role where you can just get your head down, run contracts properly and be valued for what you do lets talk.JBRP1_UKTJ
