\nPost tender contractual advise, support and escalation\nContract budgets and monitoring against site progress\nBuilding relationships with your opposite numbers working for our clients\nVariation control, valuing and agreement\nInterim and final account build up\nFinal account agreement and dispute resolution\nDebt management support\nMonth end invoicing and application.\nForecast reporting\nCVR reporting\nNon labour only subcontract management.\nPricing support for division and large tender/framework pricing\nPrice list management and negotiation with standard suppliers\nSupplier procurement for high value purchases\nEnforcement of CFS payment termsExperience:\n\nExperience in working as an Quantity Surveyor or Project QS\nBSc degree or HNC in Commercial Management / Quantity Surveying / Construction (preferred)\nYou must have confident communications skills\nConfident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office\nExperience of pricing tendersSalary and Benefits:\n\n25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) + Paid Christmas Shutdown\nCompany car / allowance\n5% employer pension contribution
