We are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for a major £30m+ project based in Northampton.

The Role
As the commercial lead on a flagship scheme, you will:

Manage all commercial and financial aspects of a £30m+ project
*
Lead cost planning, forecasting, procurement, and contract administration
*
Ensure rigorous cost control and maximise project value
*
Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
*
Work closely with an experienced and high-performing senior leadership team
Ideal Candidate
*
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale construction projects (£20m–£30m+)
*
Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering profitable outcomes
*
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
*
Experience in the Defence/MOD sector is beneficial but not essential
*
Ability to work proactively, lead commercially, and ensure high standards
