Work on rail, power, roads, and urban development programmes, providing mechanical and electrical subcontract services for large-scale, multi-million-pound projects.The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll lead commercial management across complex infrastructure projects, ensuring budgets are controlled, contracts are managed, and risks mitigated. You'll collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors, applying your expertise in NEC contracts to deliver high-quality outcomes.Projects You'll Work On Get hands-on with HS2 and major Network Rail framework agreements, delivering mechanical and electrical services into large-scale, high-profile infrastructure projects. These projects offer variety, scale, and real impact on London's transport, power, and urban networks.Key ResponsibilitiesLead commercial management across large-scale mechanical and electrical projectsManage budgets, contracts, and commercial risks, providing proactive solutionsOversee NEC contract administration and subcontractor agreementsCollaborate across design, procurement, and delivery teamsMentor junior QS staff and support the development of the commercial teamWho You Are You're proactive, personable, and willing to go the extra mile.
