Senior Quantity Surveyor – London Residential Projects
Location: City of London (Hybrid)
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 + Benefits
Lead the cost delivery on some of London’s most ambitious residential developments. This is a chance to join a growing consultancy team with a strong pipeline of high-profile build-to-rent, student, high-rise new build, and high-end residential schemes across the capital.
The Opportunity
You’ll take charge of major projects from feasibility to final account- managing cost planning, procurement, and commercial performance for landmark developments. It’s a role for a confident Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment where quality, collaboration, and client trust are key.
You’ll be joining a team that’s expanding rapidly and investing in both people and systems. This is an excellent platform for an experienced QS who wants visibility, autonomy, and progression within a respected London cost consultancy.
What You’ll Do
Lead cost planning, estimating, procurement, and contract administration for large residential schemes.
Deliver valuations, variations, and monthly financial reports.
Manage commercial performance and maintain close communication with clients and project teams.
Identify risks early and resolve issues proactively.
Contribute to internal improvement, benchmarking, and proposal work.
What You’ll Bring
Proven consultancy-side Quantity Surveying experience.
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (RICS-accredited ).
MRICS chartership highly desirable (If not chartered must have solid consultancy side experience)
Excellent communication, reporting, and client-facing skills.
Confident managing both pre- and post-contract work.
