\n\n The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role\n
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who:
\n
\n
\nHas strong commercial awareness with a focus on profit and cash management.
\n
\nBrings prior experience with CM projects.
\n
\nManages a range of commercial aspects, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and subcontract works packages through to final account.
\n
\nAims to minimize risk and cost while maximizing value through cost checking and analysis of labor, plant, and materials.
\n
\nPossesses broad construction industry experience across various sectors and markets in commercial positions with main contracting organizations.
\n
\n\n Your Profile\n
To thrive in this role, you should have:
\n
\n
\nExtensive knowledge in managing multi-million-pound packages on major projects.
\n
\nExperience working on NEC forms of contract.
\n
\nPre-contract through to post-contract experience.
\n
\nLarge-scale major project experience or Construction Management experience.
\n
\nStrategic insight to apply sound judgment regarding the business's strategic direction.
\n
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related subject.
\n
