Job Title Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location Stirling, Scotland
Salary £60000 - 70 000 per annum plus car/allowance

What will I be doing?
You'll be right at the heart of our commercial success, helping us protect our contractual obligations, manage risk, and maximise profitability. Your day-to-day will include:
Supporting commercial leadership to ensure our rights, risks, and opportunities are fully understood
Leading and developing your commercial team , coaching, managing and supporting high performance
Building strong, long-term relationships across internal teams, partners, and stakeholders
Developing robust budgets and cost controls to keep projects commercially sound
Driving timely and accurate weekly and monthly cost value reconciliations
Managing cash effectively by optimising income and reducing WIP exposure
Identifying, pricing, and agreeing contract variations
Ensuring subcontractors are engaged correctly and their agreements are administered to company and contract standards
What do I need to succeed?
To shine in this role, you'll need:
A positive, can-do attitude and the confidence to lead from the front
Extensive commercial experience within a contractor environment
The ability to motivate and inspire teams toward common goals
Proven experience managing a range of contracts including complex arrangements
Strong technical construction knowledge
Demonstrable commercial expertise at Senior QS level
A solutions-focused mindset, resilience under pressure, and exceptional attention to detail
