Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager\n\n£20m Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment. Reading, Berkshire. Growing Interiors Main Contractor\n\nA rapidly expanding interiors main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead on a major £20m commercial fit-out and refurbishment project in Reading.

This is a high-impact role with genuine ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape both project delivery and the growth of the business.\n\nIf you’re a confident, commercially sharp QS who thrives in fast-track interiors environments, this is a standout opportunity.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Senior QS, you’ll manage the full commercial lifecycle of the project — from procurement and subcontractor management through to cost reporting, change control, valuations and final accounts.
