Job Description

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Devon\n\nA brand-new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or proven Quantity Surveyor to join a forward-thinking and growing business, specialising in both regeneration and new build residential schemes.\n\nYou will be working across two live projects in the Devon area, each comprising of approximately 100 plots. The sites are located around 30 minutes apart, and the role will involve splitting your time between them, along with regular travel to Exeter.\n\nKey Responsibilities of the senior quantity surveyor role:\n\nOversee procurement for both sites\nSet up and manage subcontractor accounts, including payments\nPrepare CVRs and other weekly/monthly reports\nManage measurements, variations, and final accounts\nProvide full commercial support across all stages of the build process\n(A full job description can be provided upon request.)\n\nExperience Required\n\nStrong commercial awareness and a proven background as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor\nPrevious experience within the housebuilding sector (developer or contractor background considered)\nExcellent organisational and communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities\n\n What’s on Offer\n\nCompetitive salary £60,000 – £70,000 DOE\nComprehensive benefits package\nOpportunity to work on exciting residential developments within a supportive, dynamic team\n\n For more information about the senior quantity surveyor role, please contact Abi on (phone number removed) or click Apply to submit your CV
