Job title: Senior Quantity Surveyor\n\nSalary: £65,000 - 75,000 DOE + £5,000 car, Discretionary Bonus, 5% Pension Contribution\n\nLocation: Pinner\n\nDuration: Permanent\n\nO'Neill and Brennan have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience of running the commercial aspects of new build housing projects. Our client is a very reputable developer with an excellent pipeline of upcoming schemes. They are looking for a SQS who has proven experience of looking after their own projects (or phases if the projects is particularly large)\n\nAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of a project autonomously, this will include estimating costs, material quantities and project timelines.

You will be involved in pre-construction and the procurement of subcontractor packages. You will also be required to liaise with a range of other teams working on the project and to ensure everything is on track.
