Are you an experienced Senior QS?\nProven background in housing development?\nDo you live within a commutable distance of Exeter?\n\nJoining a successful developer in Exeter working on a large multimillion pound projects in the Devon & surrounding areas.\n\nYou will take full commercial responsibility for the sites including - subcontractor management, financial reporting, cost control, variations and payment recommendations, valuations, identifying risk, CVR reporting, managing budget and final account.
