We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic consultancy delivering high-profile public sector and construction projects.
Role Overview:

Lead the financial and contractual management of complex construction projects.
*
Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
*
Monitor and control costs throughout all project stages, providing clear reporting and analysis.
*
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to manage risks and optimize value.
*
Ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual obligations.
Candidate Requirements:
*
Extensive experience in quantity surveying for construction projects, ideally within the public sector.
*
Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
*
Proven expertise in cost management, reporting, and commercial oversight.
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
