️ Senior Quantity Surveyor – £160m High-Rise RC Frame Scheme

North London - Zone 2 (Great location easily accessible by public transport from all areas of London)

The Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a landmark £160m new build residential scheme in North London.

The development comprises multiple RC frame high-rise blocks up to 25 storeys, with full BSR approval secured and piling commencing in June. This project forms part of a major long-term masterplan, providing up to 15 years of secured pipeline and work stability.

The Role

Reporting into a Commercial Manager (someone I personally placed with the business 10 years ago), you’ll operate as a significant No.2 on the scheme, with a clear and structured pathway to step up to No.1 Commercial Lead as the project and wider masterplan progresses. This is a genuine succession opportunity, not just a support role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Procurement and management of major packages

• CVRs, valuations, variations & cost reporting

• Subcontractor management & contract administration

• Forecasting and commercial risk mitigation

• Supporting overall commercial strategy and management of the wider commercial team

Career Progression

Clear short-term progression to Commercial Manager level, with the opportunity to ultimately lead the project commercially within the wider masterplan.

About You

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar

• Strong experience delivering large-scale RC frame residential schemes

• Ready to step up and take ownership of a major scheme

• Commercially sharp, ambitious, and leadership-focused
