Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Exeter, Devon
Hours: Full-time
Salary: Circa £70K - £75K PA DOE

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation in the marine infrastructure sector for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of high-value projects and play a key role in delivering complex marine and civil engineering works.
About the Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple marine infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing financial performance, cost control, and risk mitigation across projects.
Preparing and negotiating high-value contracts, variations, and claims.
Driving procurement strategies and ensuring robust supply chain management.
Mentoring junior surveyors and contributing to commercial best practices.
Engaging with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
What We're Looking For
Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Professional accreditation (desirable).
Prior experience in a senior quantity surveying role, ideally within marine infrastructure, port development, dredging, or offshore construction.General construction or civils will be considered.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and financial management skills.
Ability to travel to project sites as required.
