Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next step with a well-established RC Frame and Groundworks contractor? A respected name in the sector is looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced professional.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of the commercial management of high-profile projects, working closely with site teams and senior management. Your experience will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered successfully from a financial perspective.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within RC Frame and Groundworks
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Strong commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail
Confidence using cost management systems and Excel
Good communication and negotiation skills
The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
