Senior Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out Contractor (London)\n\nSalary: £70,000 - £85,000 + package\n Location: London\n Working Pattern: 5 days per week on site or in the office\n Project Values: Up to £3m\n Availability: Immediate starters considered\n\nA well-established London-based fit-out contractor, turning over circa £150m, is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team due to continued workload and a strong secured pipeline.\n\nThe business delivers high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London and is known for repeat clients, long-standing relationships, and a hands-on commercial approach.\n\nRole & Responsibilities\n\nFull end-to-end commercial management of projects, from estimating and procurement through to final accounts\n\nPreparing cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts\n\nProcurement of subcontract packages and supplier management\n\nValuations, variations, and change control\n\nMonthly cost reporting and commercial reviews\n\nManaging subcontractor accounts and leading final account negotiations\n\nWorking closely with project managers and site teams to drive commercial performance\n\nAttending site, client, and internal commercial meetings as required\n\nExperience Required\n\nProven experience operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within fit-out / interiors / refurbishment\n\nComfortable managing smaller value projects up to £3m autonomously\n\nStrong knowledge of commercial control, procurement strategies, and final accounts\n\nAble to work 5 days per week on site or in the office\n\nCommercially astute, proactive, and confident dealing with clients and subcontractors\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nSalary of £70,000 - £85,000, dependent on experience\n\nCompetitive package\n\nStable, reputable contractor with a strong London presence\n\nOpportunity to manage projects from cradle to grave, not a siloed role\n\nImmediate start available for the right individual
