Job Description
A national Construction Consultancy with a family-feel culture, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a PQS/Consultancy background, to join their Cambridge office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining at an exciting time, following a major client win - adding more work to an already healthy pipeline across the commercial, industrial, and logistic sectors.
\n
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall also help manage a small team of Quantity Surveyors alongside an Associate and Director, providing support with their day-to-day work and mentoring them as they progress within the company.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor
\n
\n MRICS or completed a RICS accredited degree \n
Previous experience of running your own projects with minimal support \n
PQS / Consultancy experience (minimum 5 years - UK) \n
Industrial, commercial, or logistic project experience would be a plus \n
Strong pre and post contract \n
Able to commute to Cambridge \n
