Job Description\n Join Our Team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor!\n
If you are a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a passion for large, multi-million-pound projects, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our dynamic team in Port Talbot and take part in a complex and technically challenging project valued at over £200m, all under the NEC form of contract.

\n\n Your Role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor\n
In this role, you will:
\n
\n
Collaborate on Work Scope Documents and the procurement of Enabling Work Packages with the Client Procurement Team.
\n
Manage a variety of commercial aspects, including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and subcontract works packages through to final account.
\n
Focus on minimizing risk and cost while maximizing value through detailed cost checking and analysis of labor, plant, and materials.
\n
\n\n Your Profile\n
We’re looking for someone who has:
\n
\n
A degree in BSc Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, or equivalent experience/memberships.
\n
Experience in the construction industry managing large projects valued at over £100m.
\n
Preferably, large-scale industrial or civil engineering experience.
\n
Experience working on Construction Management Projects.
\n
Familiarity with the NEC Form of Contract.
\n
