\nJob Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 (dependent on experience)

An established and expanding professional consultancy based in Lanarkshire is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team. Quantity Surveying – Pre- and Post-Contract Services

\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n
\n\t
Delivering pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services
\n\t
Preparing cost plans, estimates, and commercial reports
\n\t
Assisting with contract administration and cost control
\n\t
Supporting commercial management and dispute resolution activities
\n\t
Liaising effectively with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
\n
\n\nCandidate Profile\n\n
\n\t
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
\n\t
Experience in pre- and post-contract services
\n\t
Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability
\n\t
Ability to manage workload across multiple projects
\n\t
Effective communication and client-facing skills
\n
