A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead with immediate effect.
Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor with an excellent local reputation, operating within New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out, and Cladding / Facade.
My client are looking for a candidate with a good main contractor background and proven experience leading the Commercial elements of projects up to £30M. Any examples of work history across high rise accommodation such as Apartments, Flats, Student Accommodation, and Hotels would be advantageous.
You will have support in the form of an existing commercial team, whilst reporting into a Managing Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Director.
Relevant degree level qualifications are essential.
