Job Description

Requirements:

Cost Control, Finance or relevant Quantity Surveying experience Previous experience within the manufacturing/fabrication industry in a similar role is desirable, although not essential as candidates with the right mix of transferrable skills will also be highly suitable. Robust internal and external stakeholder management Attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure Degree qualified or equivalent (desirable) Excellent with Excel (a must) Great communicator (a must) Previous experience with Earned Value Management (desirable)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all Cost Control matters Formulation and submission of AFPs Reconciliation of Work In Progress Client engagement and contract administration Weekly and Monthly KPI / metric production Liaison with the Project Team Update current processes where relevant to suit the role Change management and administration
