Are you a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to lead high-value construction projects from start to finish? We’re hiring on behalf of a well-established contractor delivering major works across the industrial and commercial sectors. Based in Huntingdon, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team. The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take full commercial responsibility for your projects—handling everything from cost forecasting and procurement to subcontractor management and client valuations. You’ll be a key player in ensuring financial accuracy, contract compliance, and successful delivery alongside the project and site teams.
Key Responsibilities Manage company QS systems and documentation. Keep accurate site records, including photographic evidence. Complete labour allocation sheets in collaboration with site teams. Lead client, design, and project progress meetings. Approve purchase orders and subcontractor packages with proper documentation. Hold TRM meetings with Operations for subcontractor coordination.
