Senior Quantity Surveyor - HS2 Civil Engineering / Groundworks (Freelance OUTSIDE IR35) Location: North London HS2 Project (4 days office/site 1 day home) Rate: £450-£550 per day (Outside IR35) Contract: Freelance / Contract Start: ASAP The Role: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major HS2 groundworks package. This is a long-term freelance opportunity working on one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects, focused on heavy Civils, Groundworks, Drainage and Earthworks. You will play a key commercial role, managing costs, contracts, and commercial risk across complex groundworks packages while working closely with project and site teams.
