OUTSIDE OF IR35***\n\nThe company\n\nOne of the UK's best and busiest Main Contractors with a group turnover of over £1bn. They have developed an impressive number of blue-chip clients across the UK and on top of that have gained a sterling reputation as a contractor. This reputation has excelled the company into numerous markets including the: Commercial, Industrial and Residential sectors where they have constructed projects valuing from £10m - £100m+.\n\nThey are currently in an excellent position with an order book topping £1bn for this year.

The company prides themselves in creating and maintaining valuable relationships with both clients and sub-contractors. This is evident as the company carries out a tremendous amount of repeat business and use many of the same sub-contractors they have since their early days of trading.\n\nThe role\n\n * Issuing sub-contract tender packages.\n\n * Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.\n\n * Attending post tender and pre-contract meetings.\n\n * Reviewing of contract documents.\n\n * Manage and maintain relationships with established list of supply chain sub-contractors.\n\n * Assess contract risk.\n\n * Attend internal and external commercial review meetings.\n\n * Submission of client valuations and management of the variation account.\n\n * Management of subcontract accounts from procurement to final account.\n\n * Preparation and assistance with the evaluation and submission of claims for variation works
